Feature
- The separators have a precise, porous structure, effectively separating the negative electrode material from the cathode material.
- The electrolyte used is potassium hydroxide, which is alkaline. To ensure compatibility, the separators are primarily composed of vinylon and high-purity cellulose, both of which are known for their excellent alkali resistance and hydrophilic properties.
- The cellulose composition enables the separators to maintain stable liquid retention. Furthermore, adjustments to shielding and liquid retention can be made by varying the type of fiber used and the degree of refinement.
- We accommodate individual customer requests, such as prioritizing initial performance or ensuring long-time storage suitability for alkaline batteries. We are also capable of meeting a wide range of customer requirements and delivering high-quality solutions accordingly.
