Papylia’s wet nonwoven fabrics are widely used in various sanitary products, including masks, covers, and rugs. Unlike dry nonwoven fabrics, which are commonly used in hygiene materials but can lead to issues like pilling and loose fibers, our wet nonwoven fabrics offer a highly uniform surface and a smooth, comfortable feel on the skin, effectively minimizing those problems. The superior feel of our fabrics on the skin is a key reason they are chosen, particularly for products where usability is the top priority.

Our hygiene materials, with a basis weight of approximately 16 g/m² to 18 g/m², are smooth to the touch and resistant to pilling, making them ideal for the inner surface of masks. Moreover, their superior printability compared to dry nonwoven fabrics makes them suitable for use on the outer mask surface as well.

    Medical Hygiene Sheets

These sheets are placed under equipment used for medical treatment. They are disposable, ensuring cleanliness, and their high moisture absorption capacity makes them suitable for absorbing blood and chemicals.
