Papylia places a high priority on human resources. We are particularly focused on the training and development of employees, especially the younger generations. For example, we offer opportunities to work at our group’s overseas offices and encourage job rotation based on employee requests. While it may take time to achieve optimal satisfaction with these measures, our goal remains to develop the next generation of leaders for Papylia and establish an even stronger foundation for the Company’s future.
We are currently facing numerous challenges, with environmental issues such as global warming pressing us to transition to sustainability management. Therefore, we must work toward achieving results as quickly as possible. At Papylia, we are leveraging the technologies and the expertise of the Nippon Paper Group, which excels in utilizing natural resources, to tackle the construction of a circular society head-on. For instance, we are exploring alternatives to plastic products and petroleum-based resin materials. Additionally, our research and development department, along with the entire Company, is actively engaged in addressing a range of challenges faced by us and society as a whole.
